About these terms
These terms govern the use of the methorion.com website and the Methorion platform, operated by Kreatori koda d.o.o., Gornji Bukovac 105A, 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB: 62815782351. By using the website or the platform you accept these terms.
The service
Methorion is a GRC platform that helps organisations align with ISO 27001, NIS2 and DORA: asset and location registers, risk analysis, dashboards, reports and notifications.
Accounts
Access to the platform requires registration at app.methorion.com. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions and payment
The Professional plan is €499 per month; the Enterprise plan is priced per agreement. Subscriptions are billed in advance and can be cancelled in line with your agreement.
Your data
You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the platform. Risk analysis runs on Azure AI; your data is never shared further and never used to train AI models.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully, attempt to reverse engineer it, or interfere with its operation or security.
Liability
We provide the service with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Zagreb, Croatia.
