What data we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, company, work email and message. When you browse the site, our security provider Cloudflare processes technical data (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to verify that you are not a bot. Only if you accept analytics, Google Analytics processes information about your visits, viewed pages, device and browser, approximate location and referral source. We do not enable advertising features or send contact-form contents to Google Analytics.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, provide demo access and prepare a subscription proposal. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in running and securing our business. Optional website analytics is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Who processes your data
Your data is processed by our hosting provider, our email delivery service and Cloudflare (bot protection). If you accept analytics, Google Ireland Limited also processes website usage data through Google Analytics; processing may take place outside the European Economic Area under applicable transfer safeguards. See policies.google.com/privacy for Google’s privacy information. Inside the Methorion application, risk analysis runs on Azure AI. We never sell your data, never share it for marketing purposes, and it is never used to train AI models.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@methorion.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP).
Cookies
Necessary technologies include Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection and local storage for your language and cookie choices. Optional Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are set only after you accept analytics; they distinguish visits and may remain for up to two years. No Google Analytics script or request is loaded before acceptance. You can accept, reject or withdraw consent through the Cookie settings control on every page. Withdrawal stops future tracking and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
